(HorizonPost.com) – Although she’s only at the beginning of her second term, Representative Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez (D-NY) — aka AOC — has already left her socialist footprints all over the Constitution of the United States. The day after parties-as-yet-unknown invaded the US Capitol building, she and her staff seem to think that her own words should not be used against her.
Lauren Hitt, who claims to be AOC’s communications director, has asked Twitter to prevent other users from referencing a tweet of hers from December 2, 2020. At that time, it seemed as though AOC was defending, if not encouraging, the rioting instigated by Antifa and Black Lives Matter (BLM) across the country.

Revisionism is a path well worn by countries like Russia and Communist China. Their most recent example is a mandate that accounts of atrocities like Tiananmen Square in 1989 be removed from textbooks in Hong Kong. Or there’s Vladimir Putin’s renewed efforts to gloss over Russia’s culpability in World War II. One has to wonder: Why would an American lawmaker want to follow the trail blazed by those two governments?
