(HorizonPost.com) – Dr. Anthony Fauci, the director for allergies and infectious diseases at the CDC, has claimed he’s not surprised at the number of COVID-19 infections arising from President Donald Trump’s announcement nominating Judge Amy Coney Barrett to the Supreme Court. However, questions continue to swirl about potential bias against the president coloring his opinion and his continued changes of opinion about how best to tackle the coronavirus pandemic.
Time for Fauci to shut up. His partisan political comments are undermining government scientists who are serious about their expertise. https://t.co/8JQqooUKgz

The doctor proudly points to his neutrality about who occupies the Oval Office, but leaked emails cast doubts on that. After then-Secretary of State Hillary Clinton spoke about the debacle of Benghazi, Libya, he sent one of her aides a glowing note saying, “how much we all love her.”
He has changed his tone about wearing a mask in public, and there have been other inconsistencies in his statements. Early in the pandemic, the administration used a predictive model that estimated up to 240,000 people would die from the virus which Fauci derided as unrealistic. The grim statistics prove who was right and who was wrong.
