(HorizonPost.com) – Georgia Governor Brian Kemp (R) has officially certified the result of the state’s vote and awarded its 16 electoral votes to Joe Biden on Friday, November 20. The Liberals are hailing this as a validation of the mainstream media crowning him President-elect, but they may be missing an important part of the process.
At 5 p.m., I will deliver remarks from the State Capitol on Georgia’s 2020 election results.

The just-completed manual recount of ballots uncovered thousands of them were “overlooked” in the initial tabulation, and while it did show the margin reduced, they were forced by law to certify them. But, as Governor Kemp pointed out, that act had to take place before President Donald Trump’s legal team could officially request another recount.
Georgia House Bill 316 (2019) gives a candidate two days to request another recount if the margin of victory is less than or equal to 0.5 %, which is exactly what the president did. This official act also should provide legal standing for the lawsuit his attorney, Sidney Powell, has said will be filed within the next few days. They will likely have several legal hurdles to jump because the burden of proof will be on them, but they have not given up the fight for America just yet.
