(HorizonPost.com) – On April 1, 2020, Joe Biden, still campaigning for the presidency, sat down for a chat with the host of “The Tonight Show with Jimmy Fallon.” While speaking about the coronavirus pandemic, the future POTUS expressed the opinion that the “governor in New York’s done one h*** of a job. I think he’s the gold standard.”
Now, it’s become apparent that Democrat Governor Andrew Cuomo’s actions during the pandemic might qualify as a “FOOL’s gold standard,” if the allegations against him are true.
Appearing on ABC News’ “This Week,” host Jonathon Karl asked Press Secretary Jen Psaki whether that would still be the president’s opinion. Instead of answering the question, she said, “I’m not here to give new labels or names from the president…”

Perhaps Representative Jim Jordan (R-OH) gave the best response of all when he noted that Cuomo’s special standard rests in the fact that “he’s a Democrat.” Meanwhile, Biden has yet to make any statement or comment about the current scandal in New York.
