Legal Drama Ensues as Montana Passes New Laws

(HorizonPost.com) – When it comes to national elections, the right to vote is limited to American citizens regardless of what the Progressives are trying to con people into believing. Some cities and states allow illegal aliens to vote on certain issues, while others want to make sure that the person casting the ballot is legally eligible to do so — as Montana has just done.

Republican Governor Greg Gianforte signed two separate bills into law. The first (House Bill 176) requires potential voters to register one or more days before an election rather than the current same-day registration process. The second bill (Senate Bill 169) requires voters to present valid IDs as described within the law.

In an absolutely shocking turn of events — everybody reading this needs to sit down — it took mere hours for a Liberal lawyer to file a lawsuit. The complaint bemoans the draconian rules that require a person to confirm that they are who they claim to be and pre-register to stop clogging the lines at the polling centers.
