Migrant Child Abuse Alleged in Texas

(HorizonPost.com) – It’s hard to imagine a more vulnerable group than children who were pushed over the America/Mexico border alone. Adding to their trauma, the administration of President Joe Biden then packed the kids like sardines into places like the Freeman Expo Center in San Antonio, Texas. Now, Governor Greg Abbott says two of the state’s agencies have received tips alleging child abuse there.

Tipsters claim there have been instances of sexual assault, failure to quarantine those potentially infected with COVID-19, and a lack of adequate food supplies. During a news conference, Governor Abbott called the federally-run facility “a health and safety nightmare.” He accused the Biden administration of “presiding over the abuse of children.”

He also asked two agencies, the Texas Rangers and the Texas Department of Public Safety, to investigate the allegations and take the appropriate actions. As Senator Ted Cruz (R-TX) said, the root of the problem must be found quickly, and Senator John Cornyn (R-TX) has also called for an immediate investigation.
