(HorizonPost.com) – After the FBI finally released its FD-1023 file to the House Oversight Committee, it was discovered that it referenced 17 recordings between a foreign national, Joe Biden, and Hunter Biden, according to The Daily Wire. This individual reportedly bribed Joe when he was vice president leading U.S. foreign policy in Ukraine.
The document reveals that two $5 million payments were sent to the Bidens as part of the scheme. That foreign national is allegedly Mykola Zlochevsky, the owner of Burisma Holdings. Zlochevsky and his company were being investigated by prosecutor Viktor Shokin and tapped Biden to get him fired. In exchange, he was to pay the Bidens. Zlochevsky reportedly admitted this transaction to a trusted FBI informant whose name has not been disclosed.
Biden himself has admitted that he played a part in firing Shokin. During a January 2018 Council of Foreign Relations event, Biden bragged about getting him replaced with someone who is more “solid” after saying that he was going to withhold $1 billion in U.S. loan guarantees to Ukraine.
While on the Senate floor, Senator Chuck Grassley said that the audio recordings were an insurance policy for the foreign national if he got into a “tight spot.” The document also reportedly reveals that Joe may have had a hand in getting Hunter on the Burisma board, on which he was when he allegedly accepted the two $5 million bribes.
FD-1023 was only handed over to the committee after Oversight Chairman Sen. James Comer threatened to hold FBI Director Chris Wray in contempt for not complying with the subpoena that asked for the document. Wray’s reasoning for not showing it sooner was that it contained sensitive information.
The news comes as former President Donald Trump is being indicted for his handling of classified documents. Critics are claiming that the Justice Department is being politically weaponized and that the law is not being enforced equally as Biden remains untouched despite the revelations coming out against him.
