(HorizonPost.com) – Twitter’s new CEO Linda Yaccarino is a high-ranking World Economic Forum (WEF) member. Yaccarino has held the position of WEF Executive Chair since 2019 and regularly attends the organization’s summit in Davos, Switzerland.
Her LinkedIn biography furthermore states that she is involved with the WEF’s Value in Media Initiative. This describes itself as “an ongoing exploration of how production, distribution, and consumption are changing in the media and entertainment industry.” The news of her involvement in the World Economic Forum is likely to deliver a blow to those who depend upon Musk to restore free speech to Twitter and oppose widely distrusted globalist bodies and groups.
The WEF is the primary proponent of the so-called Great Reset. The organization, founded by Klaus Schwab, believes the coronavirus pandemic presented an opportunity to reshape the globe. It is one of the world’s leading advocates of economic transformation in the name of climate change.
In an advertisement published in 2016, the organization made predictions for what the world will be like by 2030. Controversially, its first prediction was “You’ll own nothing and be happy.” Its second expectation is that the United States will no longer be the world’s superpower, and instead of transplanting human organs from one patient to another, medicine will be able to “print” new organs.
The news of Yaccarino’s appointment drew exasperation from conservatives on Twitter. One user described her as a “social justice warrior” and posted a video of her praising efforts to fight for “social justice and equality.” The same user posted a second clip in which Yaccarino encourages people to wear masks and keep their distance from each other. Several users said they would close their Twitter accounts, with one even suggesting that Musk has pulled off a major “psyops” operation.
Elon Musk responded to some of the criticisms stating, “I think people from both sides of the political spectrum will find Linda to be smart, fair, and reasonable.”
