Comer Says He Will Recommend 10 Charges Against Hunter Biden

(HorizonPost.com) – In a recent interview, House Oversight Committee Chair James Comer said he plans to recommend as many as ten criminal referrals against Hunter Biden, related to his foreign business deals and prostitution, the New York Post reported.

While appearing on Fox Business last Thursday, Comer revealed that the Oversight Committee may be filing 6 to 10 criminal referrals against the president’s son, including violations of the Foreign Agent Registration Act as well as the Mann Act which makes it illegal to transport women across state lines for prostitution.

Comer said Hunter’s crimes also include money laundering, racketeering, and wire fraud.

Comer also blasted Congressional Democrats for claiming that House Republicans have no evidence of wrongdoing against the president’s son, saying that Georgia Rep. Marjorie Taylor Greene showed pictures from Hunter’s laptop that proved that he violated the Mann Act.

In discussing Senator Chuck Grassley’s release of the FD-1023 memo detailing the FBI confidential informant’s bribery allegations involving then-Vice President Biden and Burisma CEO Mykola Zlochevsky, the Oversight Committee chair said the evidence of wrongdoing by Joe Biden is “overwhelming.”

According to the FD-1023 memo, Burisma owner Mykola Zlochevsky told an FBI confidential source in 2016 that he paid $5 million each to Joe Biden and his son Hunter.

Zlochevsky admitted that he needed Hunter on the Burisma board, not because Hunter Biden was smart, but “so everything will be okay. The Burisma owner told the informant that his dog was smarter that the “stupid” Hunter Biden.

When the informant asked whether it was Joe Biden or Hunter who told Zlochevsky that he had to place Hunter on the board, the Burisma owner allegedly said, “They both did.”

Zlochevsky claimed that the evidence he had showed that he had been “coerced into paying the Bidens” in exchange for ensuring that former Ukrainian Prosecutor General Viktor Shokin was fired.

According to Senator Grassley, the FBI informant, a Ukrainian-American, who was a highly credible and trusted FBI source for over a decade, details four conversations with Zlochevsky starting with a late 2015/early 2016 meeting near Kyiv and ending with a 2019 phone call.
